Direct Lending Advisor

In the role of Direct Lending Advisor, you will join the team that’s doubling down on moving with speed.   

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:  

  • Promote standard products and services over the phone identifying customer requirements and providing information on appropriate products and services to meet customer needs. With standard products there is limited discretion to modify the products or services  

  • Boost standard products and services over the phone from identifying need to closing sale with the customer  

  • Receive and action inquiries from customers calling in response to marketing campaigns including matching their inquiry to appropriate products and services and identifying cross selling opportunities as appropriate  

  

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:   

  • Proven service skills, with a passion to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction  

  • Ability to identify and refer quality opportunities  

  • Strong time management skills  

  • Able to attend the office full time Monday to Friday for the first 4 months for training (standard business hours) then work a rotating roster between 8am - 7:15pm Monday to Friday
  • If successful through the screening process, you must be able to attend an onsite assessment centre on Thursday 29th May at either 9am - 12pm or 1.30pm - 4.30pm
