Consultant Process Optimisation

In the role of Consultant Process Optimisation you will join the Process Optimisation team that’s doubling down on winning together.

Note: This role is a fixed term 7-month secondment.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Analyse enterprise processes to uncover opportunities that improve efficiency, outcomes and customer experience.
  • Support optimisation projects from planning through to delivery, helping re-engineer how NAB operates.
  • Create compelling, data-led presentation decks that cut through for executive level decision makers.
  • Collaborate across teams to simplify the complex, define success measures and deliver fit for purpose solutions.
  • Balance analytical rigour with strategic thinking to support enterprise-wide transformation.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Multiple years in financial services, with a background in operations, change or process improvement.
  • Proven skills in business and data analysis s, with the ability to summarise complexity and communicate clearly.
  • Experience developing comms or presentation packs for senior stakeholders, ideally in a transformation setting.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. 
  • A customer centric mindset with a focus on simplification and measurable impact.
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
  • Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma, UX, automation, or process mining would be a bonus.
