EA T&EO Chief Operating Officer

In this Executive Assistant role, reporting into the Executive, Technology & Enterprise Operations, Chief Operating Officer, you will:  

  • Manage calendars and emails to ensure the Executive’s time is structured according to their priorities and that they are prepared for internal and external meetings, conferences, and functions, including client events. This includes managing both domestic & international travel arrangements. 
  • Ensure all administrative matters in the office are undertaken proactively and efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups on tasks and deadlines for the Executive. 
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding of Executive’s direct report employees including managing Colleague Connect issues, and managing delegated systems (Sourceline, PAP, People Hub/SAP, MyID, Service NAB). 
  • Ensure individuals adhere to the work expense policy and process, proactively raise any events or issues, and assist in preparing monthly reports and reconciliation. 
  • Demonstrate professional and ethical behaviour in all aspects of your work ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal policies and procedures. 

What you’ll bring:  

  • Track record of experience in previous administrative roles supporting at Executive level is required. 
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders at a senior level. 
  • Collaborative, forward thinking, proactive, with outstanding attention to detail. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail is essential for this role. 
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability.
