Senior Consultant, National Workplace

In the role of a Senior Consultant National Workplaces, you will join the Enterprise Property and Strategic Sourcing team that’s doubling down on winning together.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Role model and champion the delivery of outstanding workplace experiences. With a commitment to continual enhancement.
  • Coach and mentor team members, cultivating a spirit of unity, engagement, and shared growth.
  • Fostering a culture where capability flourishes, ensuring that service delivery remains seamless and consistently aligned with the evolving needs of the organisation.
  • Partners with a diverse network of internal teams and external vendors, working collectively to uphold exceptional standards for workplace experiences.
  • Actively contribute to the strategic Workplace and Property initiatives—such as office fit-outs and building enhancements
  • Work closely with local Workplace Managers to address challenges proactively and uphold the highest standards

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Proven experience in a Customer Service/ Workplace Service / Property Services role
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management experience
  • Strong client focus and customer experience mindset essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated planning, organisation and time Management skills
  • Financial Acumen and Business Writing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Risk & Compliance Management mindset
