In the role of a Senior Associate – Paralegal, Conduct & Accountability, you will join the Conduct & Accountability team that’s doubling down on owning it.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Provide analyst and secretariat support to Conduct & Accountability team
• Maintain NAB’s Accountability Map and lodge change notifications with APRA
• Assist in the administration of AP registrations and Accountability Statement change notifications to APRA
• Perform and maintain FAR controls
• Maintain key operational documentation and processes for FAR (Conduct & Accountability)
• Assist with executing the Conduct & Accountability operating rhythm

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Proven experience in governance and/or administrative roles
• Legal studies, training or experience viewed favourably (but not mandatory)
• Discipline and consistency in reporting and process
• Strong stakeholder management
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage time well
