In the role of Senior Business Banking Manager, you will join Joanne Cheng, Business Banking Executive and her team that makes banking simple and moves with speed to service our customers.  


Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: 

  • Keep things simple Uncovering new business and referral opportunities while cultivating, growing, and utilising your mature network of internal and external contacts 

  • Move with speed in this role to grow revenue and drive customer advocacy 

  • Be customer obsessed, developing and managing a portfolio of diversified business banking clients and referral partners 

  • Own it, maintain and enhance your portfolio’s credit risk profile while maximising profitability 

  • Win together working collaboratively with other teams in the bank to reach a successful outcome for your customer  

 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need 

  • A well-established footprint as a Business Banking Manager or Relationship Manager 

  • Proven lending and expertise working with complex company structures  

  • Advanced financial expertise and strategic relationship management skills 

  • Passionate about business development and credit risk management 

  • Proficient in business/commercial practices, alongside business banking products and services
