Senior Associate, Divisional Controls Office

In the role of a Senior Associate, you will join the Divisional Controls team that’s doubling down on owning it.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Be responsible for supporting the Corporate & Customer Services (CCS) enabling unit as a trusted advisor, coordinating and implementing adequate systems and controls to identify, assess, quantify and manage the risks in your aligned business area in a collaborative effort to uplift risk maturity.
- Act as a point of expertise for the management and oversight of the risks, controls, compliance and processes across CCS
- Partner with colleagues in the application and assessment of risk management practices across the business to safely achieve business outcomes, including managing the impacts of change within your aligned business.
- Proactively engage and identify improvements to the risk landscape through control and process uplift, leveraging the relevant risk and compliance frameworks, tools and processes.
- Identify, design and implement effective controls to manage the requirements of operational risk and compliance policies and associated obligations which apply to your aligned business.

- Proven experience in risk and controls
- Commercial awareness and ability to understand broader business issues and take a hands-on practical approach to solving issues.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and influencing abilities.
- Proven ability to perform in a high performing team where the ability to quickly build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships is a must.
