Analyst, Product Support - Merchant

In this Analyst, Product Support role, you will be joining the Merchant Product Operations & Support team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Support the growth agenda of the Domain with reliable product operational support.
- Manage the Customer Communication Repository process.
- Respond, resolve and direct the workflow of the ‘Merchant Acquiring Mailbox’ and the ‘Field Services Mailbox’ enquiries.
- Delivery and simplification of change activities across process, policy, capability, automation and system.
- Operational support for:
- Logistics and Stock Management
- Remediation, refunds and incident management activities
- Process documentation & controls
- Meeting Governance – Papers, Agenda, Minutes, Action Items
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Knowledge around merchant acquiring, preferably in product, operations or risk.
- Sound knowledge of card schemes.
- Ability to demonstrate strong technical and analytical skills.
- Financial services experience.
- MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Customer obsession and a “can do” attitude where no query is too difficult.
