Agribusiness Manager 2 - Tamworth, NSW

In the role of an Agribusiness Manager, you will join the Regional & Agribusiness Team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.  

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Proactively manage a diverse portfolio of Agribusiness relationships and Commercial Lending, delivering tailored financial solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Drive portfolio growth through strong relationship management, acquisition of new customers, and effective expense management.
  • Provide strategic financial advice and integrated solutions that support customers’ long-term business objectives.
  • Utilise deep understanding of both pre-farmgate and post-farmgate markets to build strong networks and expand business opportunities.
  • Ensure a high standard of credit quality across the portfolio by identifying and managing credit risk effectively.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business operations, industry trends, and challenges, helping them to make informed financial decisions.

  • A passion for relationship management and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A background in banking, finance or agribusiness, with a strong understanding of agricultural sector.
  • Growth mindset and enthusiasm to learn, develop and succeed in business development-focused environment.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify opportunities.
  • Proactive problem solver who makes decisions and thrives in a dynamic environment.
