As a Senior Analyst Engineer (Front end) you will be part of an exciting team that builds and develops solution as a framework. You will Leverage your extensive knowledge in React and front-end development to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, establish best practices, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

In the role Senior Analyst Engineer role, you will be doubling down on customer obsession by owning it.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to take ownership of: 

• Lead the development and enhancement of our React-based front-end framework, ensuring it meets the organization's needs for micro front-end solutions.
• Design, implement, and optimize reusable UI components that adhere to design and accessibility standards, ensuring consistency and efficiency in our development processes.
• Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and back-end engineers to deliver cohesive and high-quality solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies, advocating for and implementing best practices in React and front-end development.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
• Perform code reviews and provide timely and constructive feedback
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to web development

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:  

• Extensive experience as a React developer hands on experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
• Strong experience in developing UI Components that meet industry standard for Accessibility
• Experience in ReactNative and using reusable React Native modules is an added advantage
• Solid understand of full stack web development
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, including RESTful APIs, authentication, and data synchronization
