In the role of a Associate, you will report to Lead Discount Securities & BCML Operations. Join The Discount Securities and BML Operations team that’s doubling down on keeping it simple.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Deliver high level of service excellence, upholding same day service delivery and funding in compliance with all aspects of policy, procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Support the LT in coordinating of daily activities, oversee daily workflow and servicing across specialised products to ensure same day servicing is delivered efficiently & accurately.
- Oversee and/or escalate issues or risks which could potentially have a significantly negative impact or impact the level and quality of service provided to customers
- Proactively monitoring /escalation of activities to identify unusual, abnormal, or suspicious deals, trades or any other business activity identified
- Proactively manage risk, meeting all policy, compliance, and control requirements
We are looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for the customers. You’ll need:
- Proven experience within the Business Bank & Wholesale (C&IB) banking processing/operations environments.
- General appreciation of markets, risk management, & interest rate products.
- Risk awareness capabilities is essential
- Excellent organizational & time management skills
- Problem solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions and take accountability
A Melbourne based full-time opportunity with rotational working hours Monday to Friday between 9am – 7.30pm, able to work on gazetted public holidays to support interstate clients.
