Associate Director, Transaction Banking FGT

In the role of Associate Director, you will join the CIB Transaction Banking team that’s doubling down on customer obsession! 

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Execute and shape retention and growth strategies for a national Transaction Banking portfolio 

  • Deliver actionable insights and product feedback to influence roadmap and customer outcomes 

  • Engage cross-functional teams (Sales, Risk, Ops, Product) to solve complex client needs 

  • Promote customer advocacy through deep relationship management and solution delivery 

  • Champion risk management, compliance, and continuous process improvements 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Strong understanding of transactional banking, its value proposition, and implementation 

  • Proven experience solving complex customer problems through cross-functional collaboration 

  • Familiarity with general banking systems, and client reporting tools

  • Risk and compliance mindset, with experience in policy adherence and escalation management 

  • Tertiary and/or relevant professional qualifications
