In the role of Head of Episode – Vary and Change role you will reporting to the Executive, Own My Home that’s doubling down on customer obsession and winning together.

Each day you will go above and beyond to:

  • Lead a subset of squads with multi-disciplinary colleagues to deliver a transformation agenda in support of the domain’s strategy
  • Lead, coach and develop product owners and product managers to become strong commercial decision makers and lead for high performance
  • Deliver business outcomes safely through application of effective risk management practices, and efficiently through application of agile practices
  • Be a key interface to the wider enterprise to unblock issues and enable faster delivery
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful joint deliveries

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Leading scaled agile delivery programs, with a depth of expertise in managing to a software and product development lifecycle
  • You’ll have proven resilience and tenacity in managing product, risk and the ability to make trade-off decisions and resolve tensions where decisions can’t be made within a squad
  • Engage and influence across the Enterprise (including Markets, Technology, C&IB, Business & Private Banking, Domain)
  • Be a key interface to the wider enterprise to unblock issues and enable faster delivery
  • You’ll draw from your strengths in Product and Portfolio Management, problem solving, risk & remediation, product rationalisation and portfolio management/optimisation
  • Lead by example to drive the team’s performance with energy whilst tempered with the right balance of enablement and owning the hard conversations with your team when required.
