Senior Associate, Communications – Graphic Designer

In the role of Senior Associate, Communications – Graphic Designer, you will join the Content and Channels Team that’s making a tangible difference to customers.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Lead graphic design execution and delivery for internal and external content, across a range of NAB social media & digital platforms.
- Contribute to broader creative ideas and initiatives.
- Be agile and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where tasks can shift due to internal and external events.
- Maintain NAB’s brand consistency across all platforms and channels.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies aligned to core role.
- Proactively manage risk; meet all policy and compliance requirements; perform controls; adhere to Process and Procedures pertinent to role; and escalate events, issues or breaches as they are identified. Ensure all communications content and materials are delivered in line with these requirements.
- Work in collaboration with colleagues across Corporate Affairs, Brand, Marketing and other teams to ensure consistent alignment of NAB’s designed communication activity.
We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- 5+ years’ experience as graphic designer or equivalent content production role.
- Have a passion for social media and content creation. You understand effective design and how to apply it through digital channels to reach different audiences and objectives.
- Experience in full adobe creative suite in both static and motion graphics
- Bring professional experience working in a similar graphic design role and be motivated by a fast paced, at times complex, environment.
- Be curious and look for new ways to build trust in NAB through fresh, engaging social media content ideas aligned with NAB’s strategic ambition.
- Have a growth mindset and be willing to evolve within role, upskilling on new platforms and production techniques.
- Demonstrated experience working with large brands, creating stand out graphic content, especially through social media.
- Experience in creating content targeted at different audiences, across a variety of platforms.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple briefs and stakeholders, while working in a dynamic, cross functional and collaborative team environment.
