As the Senior Associate, Sustainability Performance, you will be joining the Sustainability Team who are doubling down on customer obsession.

The role ‘owns’ 

• NAB’s understanding of customer sustainability-related insights and research, working in partnership with brand, product and distribution teams.
• Enterprise-wide sustainability-related contributions for customer engagement and due diligence requests.
• Collation and management reporting of performance data against NAB’s strategy for leadership and performance forums.
• Relevant content for communication platforms (intranet, internet, workplace, comms).
• Documentation of procedures, appropriate governance documentation and risk processes.

The role ‘supports’

• Research into emerging sustainability areas of risk and opportunity.
• NAB’s approach to respecting human rights.
• Investor engagement activities.
• Broader project support where required, e.g. customer value proposition development,
• Operational efficiency and productivity of the Sustainability Performance team.

What you’ll bring

• Extensive experience in a similar role, sustainability experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Clear, demonstrated customer-centricity paired with strong commercial acumen
• Experience in project management
• Research and analysis experience
• Ability to prioritise conflicting demands and make good, timely decisions that keeps the program moving forward
• Bachelor level degree (sustainability, environmental/social science or business preferred).
