Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to

• Develop a structured and bespoke sales approach through needs analysis to drive meaningful growth across a diversified portfolio
• Utilise NAB's CRM to record activities, sales opportunities, and specialist referrals, ensuring seamless workflow and collaboration.
• Alternate between head office and being ‘boots on the ground’ where your clients are based to ensure personalised and informed solutions
• Proactively manage risk, adhere to compliance requirements, and escalate issues as identified, ensuring a robust and secure banking environment.
• Target growth in local wholesale, manufacturing as well as smaller ASX listed entities to win together with our customers and bankers

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Proven track record in origination, relationship management and business development skills
• Strong experience in Business Banking, lending practices and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders with varying levels of financial circumstances
• Strong risk management acumen and commitment to adhering to policies and procedures.
