Senior Consultant, Strategy Execution

In this Senior Consultant, Strategy Execution, you will join our Customer Banker Leader Enablement team reporting into Head of Customer and Lead Enablement team, doubling down by owning it and winning together.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to support with: 

Providing support in developing the whole banker leads ecosystem, which includes the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the setting of the lead’s strategy, finding ways to evolve the program to obtain better customer and commercial outcomes
  • Leads generation discovery and validation through developing business cases to quantify expected ROI
  • Engage with Executive of Distribution segments to identify strategic areas of focus
  • Continuously track performance of the Leads and provide options to lift performance and increase revenue realization
  • Continually optimizing the leads ecosystem by driving process improvement and leads optimization initiatives through banker feedback and research on best practice

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:  

  • Experienced in strategy and execution/implementation, ideally with consulting experience/background
  • Extensive experience relevant working experience Australian Business Banking & Financial Services experience
  • Project management experience
  • Analytics background (desirable)
  • Product management experience (desirable)
