Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Represent the voice of the customer when developing the product roadmap. Keep this voice front of mind to prioritise, balancing what is realistic with what will make a difference and challenge the status quo
• Manage stakeholders for the squad and management of interdependencies across the Domain
• Translate the strategy into executable solutions by prioritising and shaping initiatives that deliver to domain objectives.
• Partner within cross functional teams to shape and execute on the prioritised backlog of initiatives which will deliver on the agreed roadmap.
• Define what needs to be built in the form of initiatives, features and user stories; and work within the squad to elaborate features and stories, defining the acceptance criteria and definition of done and make effective day to day decisions to enable the squad to progress work
• Enable delivery through responding to key questions, make decisions, review work items, plan, track & report progress, measure success & learnings.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Demonstrated passion for artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
• Proven experience embedding AI into business processes, ideally within financial services.
• Demonstrated experience working in a similar Product Owner role along with proven expertise in Banking, Product, Customer experience and internal operations of a bank or similar large complex organisation.
• Customer focus mindset, can speak clearly about the importance of the customer; fosters a sense of urgency toward customer needs.
• Extensive experience in agile ways of working and familiarity with customer centric design techniques.
• Project delivery and knowledge of software development life cycle
• High curiosity quotient – naturally inclined to explore, test, and iterate with new tools and technologies.
• Excellent presentation, communication skills with ability to simplify complex problem spaces and anchor back to value and ROI.
