Consultant, Customer Communication Insights (Compliance)

In the role of Consultant, Customer Communication Insights (compliance) you will join the Customer Communication Insights team that’s doubling down on owning it.

 

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Conduct pre-campaign analytics to help shape customer contact strategy design and new targeting opportunities
  • Conduct post-campaign analytics to continuously monitor and influence the optimisation of campaign performance and reach.
  • Present campaign sizing and waterfalls using data visualisation tools and creation of insights presentation for various audiences.
  • Enabling data into Marketing environment to support campaign execution.
  • Development of improved analytical approaches and test and learn frameworks.
  • Provide professional and ethical behaviour in your actions by ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal operating policies and procedures relevant to the position.

 

 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Experience with data in a data analyst, engineering or measurement role, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Experience with Databricks or equivalent data platform
  • GitHub
  • Jupyter Notebooks
  • AWS Services (S3,EC2, EMR, SNS, SQS, Lambda functions, Redshift) or equivalent cloud
  • Advanced skills with demonstrable experience in SQL and Python.
  • High level analytical skills with demonstrated experience identifying insights that inform business solutions with a variety of analytical techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience working with many and varied data sources to identify required data including the use of data models.
  • Demonstrated experience evaluating the performance and business impact of data driven solutions.
