In the role of Manager, Compliance, Customer Communication Insights you will join the Compliance Customer Communication Insights team that’s doubling down on owning it.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Lead the use of advanced analytical techniques for exploring data to provide data driven insights and support strategic decision making across compliance program
- Mentor and coach analysts to develop their technical skills
- Work on compliance communications (AML, privacy, conduct risk) and data quality frameworks
- Lead in analytics end to end under tight timeframes
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Strong financial services experience especially consumer or business banking
- Experience working in agile frameworks and familiarity with the rituals
- Coaching and guiding junior analysts
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Sound foundation in SQL and analytics
- Familiarity with regulatory knowledge, Spam ACT
