In the role of Senior Business Analyst, you will report to Subdomain Business Analyst Lead. It is an exciting time to join our Business Transformation team that’s doubling down Customer Obsession.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Be responsible for creating requirements as features, epics & stories
- Defining your own work tasks including dependencies in collaboration with the squads
- Perform appropriate business analysis to clearly articulate business needs and solution requirements.
- Develop as is and to be process models, data models, business rules, target operating models, workflows, reporting and other required outputs
- Support the Product Owner to define the business value and required outcomes.
- Participate in and lead workshops
- Analyse the impact of proposed solutions holistically to support the change manager with Business Impact Assessments.
- Support User Acceptance Testing and Business Verification testing
We are looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for the customers. You’ll need:
- Previous proven experience as a Business Analyst
- In-depth understanding of Financial Products, processes and systems
- Understanding of Card Acquiring and Issuing (not essential)
- Create and simplifying complex processes and issues, problem solving and analysis
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Strong ability to communicate a vision to key stakeholders and teams and working with product owner to develop it into a shaped backlog of key features, epics stories and goals for individual sprints.
- Leading workshops, in a cross functional business and IT team through the discovery, development and operational usage stage of change.
- Experience onboarding major complex customers or third-party business partners, running workshops to understand customer needs and operational requirements.
- Ability to innovate, adapt and grasp new skills and content
- Ability to work closely with key stakeholders and build collaborative partnerships
- Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision making
