Product Analyst (BOQ and Virgin Money Credit Cards)

In this Product Analyst role, you will join our BOQ Group Credit Cards team who are doubling down on owning it and moving with speed.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to support with:
- Executing of marketing and servicing communications to customers, related to benefits, offers & CVP projects as well as regulatory and scheme mandates.
- Preparing of vendor, creative and data briefs, seeking approvals, execution and fulfilment.
- Campaign reporting and analysis.
- Acting as a liaison with the Partner and internal stakeholders to address ad-hoc requests and ensure Partner engagement and satisfaction.
- Customer escalations and business challenges, through the use of a range of customer data systems and department contacts.
- Guaranteeing all BOQ Group Credit Card assets and communications represent the product range accurately and acting as a BOQ Group brand guardian across the business.
- Ensuring that online content and notices remain accurate, including liaising with BOQ Group to ensure content updates are made and any regulatory requirements met.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Good understanding of the cards & payments industry
- Governance processes and procedures
- Ability to build and maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships across the organisation
- Information gathering, analysis and reporting
