In the role of Agribusiness Manager, you will join the Regional and Agri Business Banking team in Bathurst, where our key focus is putting customers at the centre of everything you do.

Bathurst offers a thriving regional economy, strong agricultural diversity, close-knit community, and rewarding client relationships – empowering agribusiness managers with confidence to grow, lead, and make a meaningful local impact in Bathurst and surrounding regional townships.

In this Agribusiness Manager role, you will:

• Directly manage a diverse portfolio of key clients and influencers for growth.
• Implement and monitor strategic business plans
• Ensure success through understanding our client's unique businesses.
• Utilise your customer and professional networks to support new acquisition opportunities.
• Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio.
• Lead from within the team to ensure efficient high quality customer service standards are role modelled.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

•  Passion for proactive relationship management and customer service.
• Finance and Agri background preferred.
• Experience in reading financial data and completing financial analysis.
• Drive and tenacity.
