In the role of Associate, Transaction Management you will join the Specialised Transaction Management Team that’s doubling down on owning it. You will play a pivotal role in managing and executing bespoke, specialised transactions within the Corporate Finance sector. This position is essential for delivering an efficient and exceptional service in structuring complex transactions. The incumbent will support the Asset Finance & Leasing division, coordinating the financing of assets for corporate and business clients, ensuring that operations are executed proficiently and in compliance with transaction documentation, relevant laws, policies, and procedures.

You will bring the right people together, working with multiple stakeholders including Asset Finance and Leasing, Audit, Tax, Legal and other key teams, both internal and external to deliver seamless outcomes.

Advanced analytical aptitude and strong organisational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, intermediate computer skills in Excel & Word and demonstrating the ability to prioritise competing obligations.
