Consultant, Media Personalisation

  • Analyse performance data, derive insights, make optimisation recommendations
  • Work closely with the Personal Everyday Banking, Home Ownership and Consumer Finance Marketing teams to deliver personalised media experiences to maximise conversion
  • 12-month Fixed Term contract role

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Maximise the performance of digital performance channels across Personal Banking Marketing, making evidence-based optimisation recommendations based on data-driven insights.
  • Manage day-to-day optimisations with key third parties including the media agency and platforms such as Google and Meta.
  • Enhance media personalisation program utilising key mar-tech/ad-tech capability.
  • Run key test & learn initiatives to enrich the performance media program.

We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Experienced digital performance media professional (at least 5+ years).
  • Ideally previous experience working at a financial services company or on financial services products with an agency.
  • Extensive performance media experience across paid search, display, social, affiliates and online video.
  • Experience using relevant platform tools and ad-tech/mar-tech.
  • In-depth understanding of media measurement methodologies.
