Consultant, Performance Marketing
- Work closely with the Personal Banking Marketing team to understand their needs
- Document requirements and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver critical solutions across campaign delivery and performance
- 12-month fixed term contract
In the role of Consultant, Performance Marketing, you will join the Personal Banking Marketing Team who are doubling down making a tangible difference to customers and colleagues while keeping it simple
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Conduct discovery and analysis of marketing performance and operating practices to define requirements for relevant teams to solution.
- Oversee requirements, providing feedback, facilitating sizing, creating Stories/Epics.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the delivery chain including Group Marketing, Enterprise Data, Tech, Risk, etc., to define scope and shape the solution.
- Measure and report on solution delivery to identify impediments, gaps and dependencies.
We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in Performance Marketing, preferably within the financial services or retail banking sector.
- Experience with campaign delivery, personalization, and marketing measurement and reporting.
- An ability to facilitate workshops, engage stakeholders and gather requirements.
- Strong knowledge in agile methodologies and Marketing operations.
- Strong commercial and business focus across solution design.
- Ability to bridge business and technical conversations.
