Senior Consultant, Performance Marketing

  • Work closely with the Personal Banking Marketing team to understand their needs
  • Document requirements and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver critical reports and dashboards, providing insights to enrich key marketing programs
  • 12-month Fixed Term Contract role

In the role of Senior Consultant, Performance Marketing, you will join the Personal Banking Marketing Team who are doubling down making a tangible difference to customers and colleagues while keeping it simple.  

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Produce key measurement and reporting frameworks and solutions, enabling the Personal Banking Marketing team to access critical insights to make evidence-based decisions on their ATL media, digital media and BTL one-to-one programs.
  • Conduct discovery and analysis of marketing metrics and measurement methodologies to equip developers with the information they need to design and implement solutions.
  • Oversee measurement-related requirements, providing feedback, facilitating sizing, creating Stories/Epics.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the delivery chain including Architects, Designers, Developers, Delivery Leads and Testers to define scope and shape the solution.
  • Measure and report on solution delivery to identify impediments, gaps and dependencies.

We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience as Business Analyst or in Performance Marketing, preferably within the financial services or retail banking sector.
  • Experience working with Excel, Adobe Analytics, Google and PowerBI.
  • Strong knowledge in agile methodologies.
  • Experience delivering business reporting solutions.
  • Deep understanding of complex business landscapes.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops, engage stakeholders and gather requirements.
