Product Designer
- Uplift sales pages and funnels within the Digital Sales space in Personal Everyday Banking
- Leverage the power of design thinking to solve complex problems, making banking more intuitive, engaging and accessible
- Assist in creating visual designs and user interfaces, collaborating with senior designers and cross-functional teams to bring design concepts to life

In the role of Product Designer (mid-level), you will join the Personal Everyday Banking Team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Execute design tasks with guidance, creating visual designs, user interfaces, and user experiences.
- Engage in training and learning sessions across design to build skills in design tools, research methods and prototyping, demonstrating in project work.
- Assist and support user/customer research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to inform design decisions.
- Contribute to the design of end-to-end user experience by understanding user needs, defining user journeys and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Apply the principles of inclusive design to create products and services that are accessible by everyone.
- Use the design system as a foundation for all design work, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with senior designers and cross-functional teams to bring design concepts to life.
- Communicate, visualise and present design insights, ideas and concepts to stakeholders and domain partners.
- Actively seek out mentorship and coaching from senior team members, applying feedback to develop skills and gain knowledge in design.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Experience working as a product designer or UX/UI designer
- Experience within a finance or service industries
- Working knowledge of the design process, experience design methodologies and principles
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile, using agile tools & methods
- Ability to perform the essential capabilities required in this role
- Proven experience using design processes and tools to digitise experiences
- Experience in visual design and user interaction
