Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Key engagement with 1^st and 2^nd Line business representatives will be critical, as well as alignment with the CMCS “In-Life Management Team”.
• In addition, this role is aligned to and supports the broader purpose of the Portfolio Management team including;
• BDSB and the wider B&PB credit forum reporting;
• Sourcing and producing the data and insights required to support senior management, the business and other stakeholders;
• Alignment to insights from specialist industries (e.g. CRE & Agri) and apply to the broader portfolio where applicable;
• Uplifting portfolio insights across industries (outside CRE & Agri);
• Leveraging CAS insights/data and also broader originations data;
• Support Head of and apply relevant specialist knowledge and experience to understand, influence and advise internal stakeholders.
• Employees are responsible for the delivery of work but accountability may sit at a higher Group.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Strong (10+ years) banking experience with an understanding of credit and capital management, deposits and returns.
• Deep understanding of credit drivers, business lending processes and strategy.
• Demonstrated experience working with common enterprise data systems, analytic tools and analytic techniques with knowledge of data sources, rules/definitions, systems and frameworks within NAB
• Understanding of macro/micro economic environment, competitors and market trends in relation to the business lending market within Australia
