The Role:
This Associate CME (Corporate) position will give you an opportunity to continue developing your credit risk and financial analysis skills, client relationship management skills, and enable you to play a key role in driving superior client outcomes and delivering world class client relationships. You will provide origination support, credit analysis, deal execution and portfolio risk management functions on both balance sheet and non-recourse structured finance transactions.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond in:
- Supporting portfolio maintenance activities including portfolio administration, monitoring of facility documentation, including covenant compliance and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of system data
- Undertaking financial and credit risk analysis for the preparation of new credit submissions and annual reviews, including amendments to existing transactions
- Managing workflow between Client Coverage, CME, Product Specialists, Credit and client support teams, to achieve a seamless client experience
- Attend client meetings where appropriate to support business outcomes and conduct research to develop sector expertise and awareness of market trends
- Maintain an ongoing awareness of NAB’s credit policy, credit and market risk and internal risk appetite.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Previous banking experience in a similar role, ideally gained in a Corporate or Institutional banking environment.
- Strong skills in credit, financial analysis, modelling and documentation.
- Exceptional inter-personal skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment and connect with clients and key internal stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business or a related discipline (preferred).
