In the role of Senior Manager, NAB Assist, you will join Olga Kolokotronis and the NAB Assist team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you will work closely with the Executive and Heads of in NAB Assist to go above and beyond to:
- Be a strategic advisor providing expert thought leadership to the NAB Assist team
- Supporting to deliver key strategic priorities and business plans
- Work to provide focus and drive the delivery of key divisional/business objectives
- Determine and run the team's operating rhythm
- build trust with key stakeholders;
- provide insight through understanding performance and be able to think critically and make decisions autonomously.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Experience leading large banking operational teams and/or change programs that embed new core system, new process, operational improvement delivering key productivity and financial targets
- Operations and enablement background - experience in Collections & Deceased Estates is favourable
- Track record to deliver real insight to uplift performance and strong bias to action
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with influence and build and maintain effective relationships with range of internal and external stakeholders
- Critical thinking and solutions mindset is essential for this role
