As the Head of Liquidity Analytics & Modelling within Group Treasury, you will be an innovative and adaptive leader with a strong focus on building high performing teams, developing people, managing complex environments and delivering outcomes. This is a Line 1 Liquidity Risk role where you will to deliver outcomes that enable liquidity risk management initiatives including delivery of accurate and timely risk management positions and reporting.

As a Head of, you will join the Group Treasury team that’s focused on winning together.
In this Head of role, you will:
• Lead, manage, drive and influence outcomes that directly impact the management of deliver Liquidity Risk.
• Proactively engage with the internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective and efficient end to end liquidity analytics, modelling, reporting and systems capability.
• Play a key role to enable Liquidity risk management initiatives.
• Deliver appropriate interpretation, governance and regulatory requirements relating to Liquidity Risk.
• Be dynamic and responsive to both the internal and external environment to constructively facilitate change, within an acceptable risk profile.
• Deliver enterprise programs which have an impact on Group Treasury.
• Strategically lead for sustainable high performance.
What you will bring
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey expectations and influence outcomes.
• Ability to think critically, strategically and have an excellent understanding of Liquidity risk management, reporting and associated Risks.
• Significant breadth of leadership, technical and influencing experience, owning and managing all facets of end to end liquidity risk and/or other relative risks.
• Strong risk management focus on operational risk, controls, reconciliations and governance.
• Proven track record in managing highly performing teams and managing complex systems and change.
• Substantial years of experience in Financial Markets, Finance and Treasury.
• Be degree qualified, with a preference for CFA, Master of Finance, CA or CPA completed.
