As a Product Owner Card Present, you will be part of the Merchant Services team, that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Represent the voice of the customer & support the Technical Program delivery team, this includes interpreting the program requirements in Cards Present team in Merchant Services.
- End-to-end owner of an episode/ service, including customer outcomes, revenue, technology and capabilities that the episode/ service depends on.
- Lead the success and transformation of episode/ service and ensure product information and changes/enhancements are delivered across the channels together with Product Managers.
- Initiative justification and supporting appropriate product design and development to meet business / customer requirements.
- Define, refine and prioritise the business outcome/ epic backlog based on quantified value and strategic outcomes and engage key stakeholders to gather feedback, remove roadblocks & implement change.
- Drive inspiration by identifying market trends as well as understanding competitors and innovation.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Proven experience working in a similar Product Owner role within Merchant Services/Payments Acquiring in Financial Services.
- Experience in Merchant Services and exposure to International and Domestic Card Schemes is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Product Management in Financial Services.
- Experience in identifying and articulating customer needs and interpreting complex requirements of external parties.
- Relentless focus on outcomes and excellent shareholder engagement & management skills.
- Ability to develop productive relationships with Technology delivery and Product function.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery and understanding of project costing and risk management.
