The role:

This Associate CME (Corporate) position will give you an opportunity to continue developing your credit risk and financial analysis skills, client relationship management skills, and enable you to play a key role in driving superior client outcomes and delivering world class client relationships. You will provide origination support, credit analysis, deal execution and portfolio risk management functions on both balance sheet and non-recourse structured finance transactions.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: 

  • Supporting portfolio maintenance activities including portfolio administration, monitoring of facility documentation, including covenant compliance and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of system data
  • Undertaking financial and credit risk analysis for the preparation of credit submissions and annual reviews
  • Collaboration with the Client Coverage, CME, Product Partners and client support teams, to achieve seamless client experience
  • Conducting research and analysis to develop industry/sector expertise and knowledge
  • Maintaining an ongoing awareness of NAB’s credit policy, credit and market risk and internal risk appetite.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:  

  • Prior banking experience gained in either Business, Corporate or Institutional Banking
  • Developed credit and financial analysis skills, as well as a good understanding of financial modelling and documentation
  • Exceptional inter-personal skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment and connect with clients and key internal stakeholders
  • Effective time management skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business or Accounting (preferred)
