Senior Consultant, Delivery Orchestration Premier

In the role of Senior Consultant, Delivery Orchestration, you will join the HO Delivery Orchestration and join a team that’s doubling down making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Collaborate with the Executive and Head Of to shape strategies that uplift capability via adaptive delivery practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in Program Increment (PI) and cross-team planning, ensuring alignment with the Domain Playbook and broader strategic objectives.
- Deliver change initiatives using NAB’s change governance processes and methodologies to ensure structured, compliant, and effective implementation.
- Coordinate across domains, tech, and business units to align and execute strategic priorities.
- Communicate key Specialised Segment priorities and foster a deep understanding of the domain and business unit agenda across stakeholders.
We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Significant project management experience, within banking and financial services.
- Experience across Agile and adaptive delivery models and mindsets.
- Track record of providing quality insights that help drive decisions to drive change to ensure teams are operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, analytics and business process-based solutions.
- Business awareness and commercial understanding of the domain.
- Customer-centric thinking. We’re searching for individuals who have a customer obsessed approach.
- Strategic Mindset. You think long-term, anticipate future trends, and align actions with broader business objectives to drive sustainable success.
