Senior Analyst, Project FC Reforms PMO

In the role of Senior Analyst, Project FC Reforms PMO, you will join the newly created Financial Crime Reforms team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

In the role of Senior Analyst, Project FC Reforms PMO, you will:

  • Support adherence to project governance frameworks, methodologies, stage gate requirements. 
  • Develop and maintain PMO frameworks tools and templates to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the program
  • Identify and support the implementation of continuous improvement tools and templates
  • Develop and maintain the program plan, schedule, ensuring tasks are tracked and key milestone and deadlines are met
  • Identify potential scheduling conflicts and work with team members to resolve
  • Prepare and distribute governance, management reports and status reporting
  • Support the governance process by coordinating meeting, preparing agendas and documenting decisions and actions.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Experience in a PMO or project support role of at least  5+ years’, preferably with at least 3 years in banking and financial services or risk/compliance programs
  • Experience with project governance, reporting and risk tracking
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Clarity, MS Project, MS office Suite)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
