In the role of Senior Consultant FC Reforms, you will join the newly created Financial Crime Reforms team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Support in workstream design and delivery, ensuring traceability between the regulations and the requirements
- Collaborate, communicate and engage across large stakeholder groups and cross functional teams by listening to and influencing stakeholders (e.g. through story-telling) to ensure the regulatory changes are understood and implemented, including the creating on materials
- Facilitate discussions, working group or workshops to elicit and understand stakeholders needs, requirements and priorities
- Analyse data and information to develop or inform design solutions or opportunities and requirements
- Apply creative thinking and work collaboratively with team to drive the definition of business problems via in-depth analysis and solve business challenges, supporting the document of clear, concise and accurate requirements
- Contribute to project planning, delivery tracking and supporting key milestones
- Expected to work autonomously and deal with ambiguity
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Extensive experience in change management, project management techniques, tools & methods, including agile delivery
- Extensive experience in large complex projects, working and influencing across multiple streams and business areas and within tight timelines
- Exposure to 1st and 2nd line risk activities
- Sound knowledge in areas of financial crime: anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CTF) and fraud requirements and regulations locally and globally will be an advantage
- Capability to balance multiple priorities in a fast moving and demanding environment.
- Strong emotional intelligence, self-motivated, and able to operate with limited oversight.
