Senior Consultant, Consumer Deposit Product Improve - Melbourne or Sydney

In the role of Senior Consultant, Product Improvement you will join the Consumer deposit team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

In this Senior Consultant role, you will:

  • Support the safe implementation of initiatives to improve the Deposits product experience, ensure pro-active management of risks and oversee and remediation of events in the consumer deposit portfolio.
  • Build a strong risk management and continuous improvement culture with the team
  • Oversee PACE accreditation within the Consumer Deposits team and provide PACE coaching and support to other members of the team
  • Identify opportunities to uplift the performance of the portfolio from a customer risk, and compliance perspective
  • Proactively manage risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements, perform control, adhere to process and procedures pertinent to the role, and escalating events, issues or breeches.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:  

  • Strong experience in product, risk, compliance or product advisory roles.
  • Deep of understanding or regulatory obligations related to banking and deposits
  • Tertiary qualified in Commerce, Finance, Management, Business, Strategy, Product Management.
  • A proactive mindset with excellent judgement and the ability to balance risk and commercial goals.
