Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to
- Deliver strategic analysis of complex data sets and business initiatives with a consideration of customer, financial, risk and other impacts
- Synthesise findings and develop compelling, structured business presentations that clearly articulate recommendations while managing deliverables and project milestones
- Utilise your strong analytical skills and business acumen to gather data-driven insights and synthesise digestible messaging and communications to the Group ensuring we keep it simple
- Work with the executive team and senior leadership to ensure a collaborative approach to consistent strategic messaging across the Group
- Ensure alignment to the Group strategy with strict adherence to internal operating policies and procedures, maintaining compliance standards in accordance with regulatory frameworks.
- Lead and coach a team of junior team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the achievement of team goals
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Strong analytical skills and hypothesis-based problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with varying levels of executive and senior leadership
- Experience in drafting or contributing to board-level presentations
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias to drive to outcomes
- Project management and organisational skills
- Experience in coaching junior team members
- Customer obsession and growth mindset to drive effective messaging across the business
