In the role of Delivery Consultant, you will join the Chief People Office team that’s doubling down on winning together! 

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: 

• Partner with executives to deliver P&C strategic initiatives across the business 

• Oversee governance, reporting, and compliance activities to uphold high standards 

• Support cyclical and ad hoc processes, approvals, and decision-making activities 

• Drive forward the Colleague Strategy and ensure alignment with bank-wide priorities 

• Proactively manage key stakeholder relationships, balancing competing demands and expectations 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:  

• Track record in HR, business delivery, or similar senior-support environments 

• Proven skills in stakeholder management, influencing and engaging at senior levels 

• Strong governance, risk, and compliance awareness 

• Excellent planning, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to work independently and exceptional attention to detail 

• Strong analytical skills and the confidence to leverage modern tools and technology 

• Exposure in an institutional banking environments is preferred
