Manager, Brand Management

In the role of Manager, Brand Management, you will join the Group Marketing Team that’s doubling down making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Lead the Brand Management team in delivering the strategy, planning and delivery of the brand and sponsorship communications plan - ensuring a sustainable, differentiated and relevant brand position for customers and for our people.
  • Collaborate with the team cross functionally to ensure the strong delivery of our strategy via large scale integrated brand and sponsorship campaigns in market to our customers and embedding the brand internally.
  • Support the NAB marketing team and senior stakeholders to enable consistency and alignment with our brand strategy.
  • Deliver Group Brand monthly, campaign and ad hoc reporting – along with stakeholder communications.
  • Advise on and monitor the brand across the enterprise to ensure cohesion and alignment with our Brand communications strategy.
  • Brand tracking, research and insights, and reporting for brand and marketing.

We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Extensive experience in brand management and marketing, as well as in management of large scale brand and sponsorship campaigns.
  • Experience in leading a team and positively motivating others to perform.
  • Creative and lateral thinker, with commercial acumen.
  • Deep and extensive experience in brand management and marketing, as well as in management of large scale brand and sponsorship campaigns.
  • Ability to confidently challenge the status quo, propose new ideas and technologies, and have robust conversations when it comes to roll-out of brand strategies and creative.
  • Exceptional creative judgement and demonstrated experience in agency management.
  • Strong understanding of the importance and purpose of brand, Social Impact and sponsorship – as well as the drivers of brand performance.
  • Exceptional understanding of media planning & buying, and working with media and specialist agencies.
