In the role of Agribusiness Manager 2 in Warrnambool you will join Mark Davis and his team that’s putting the customers at the centre of everything you do.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Identify, Agri and Business referral opportunities and establish, develop, and utilise networks of internal and external contacts
- Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio
- Coach and support the extended team to ensure the efficient high quality customer service
- Develop and manage a portfolio of key customers and Referral partners
- Assess economic value and risk potential of new business
- Implement initiatives to develop customer growth in the local market
- Implement complex strategies, analysing annual Cash flows and financial statements for relationship growth.
- Personally, sanction lending within own Delegated Lending authorities

We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Experience and knowledge of Agribusiness/Business banking and/or credit assessment.
- Experience in all aspects for financial analysis
- Drive and tenacity with a passion for relationship management
- Strong customer and relationship management
- Problem solving, critical thinking and negotiation skills
- Exceptional communication skills coupled with superior stakeholder management experience
- Ability to directly manage and grow a portfolio of key clients
- Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio
