In the role of Senior Associate, you will join the Markets Research Team that’s doubling down on winning together! 

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: 

• Lead end-to-end production of NAB’s financial research outputs—from daily reports to in-depth thematic papers 

• Design, format, and publish high-quality charts, tables, and visuals using tools like InDesign, PowerPoint, and Excel 

• Ensure editorial accuracy, brand alignment, and regulatory compliance across all published content 

• Manage publishing workflows and coordinate timelines across multiple teams and stakeholders 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:  

• Track record of experience in financial markets or desktop publishing, ideally with high-volume, deadline-driven output 

• Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, and financial data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet) 

• Excellent attention to detail, layout design, and compliance knowledge in a publishing or finance environment 

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field 

• Strong organisational and communication skills to manage workflows and liaise effectively across teams
