Manager Governance

  • Proven track record in facilitating Risk Governance committees and forums

In the role of Manager, Governance, you will join Nina Hauser and the T&EO Governance team that’s doubling down on keeping it simple. 

Each day, you will work closely with the Executive and Heads of in T&EO to go above and beyond to: 

  • Provide secretariat responsibilities for the T&EO Risk Governance Committee and other committees and forums as agreed 

  • Work closely with the relevant Chairs or their delegates, presenters, as well as business and Risk officers 

  • Ensure an effective and timely flow of information across T&EO’s risk governance architecture by collaborating with the Head of T&EO Governance and Risk Committee colleagues 

  • Provide professional company secretariat services and governance advice 

  • Manage and provide strong people leadership outcomes for the team. 

What you will bring: 

  • Experience within a company secretariat function, in-house legal team or risk function. 

  • Demonstrated track record as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders. 

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge connections between executives, subject matter experts and other colleagues. 

  • Knowledge of corporate governance requirements and how they impact a company’s day to day administration with an ability to quickly understand complex concepts, concisely synthesise information and explain concepts to others. 

  • Experience in facilitating and operating corporate governance accountabilities, concepts, policies, tools and templates 

  • Attention to detail, precision and a strong focus on quality. 

  • Relevant professional qualifications, such as law, commerce or business degree
