Head of Rectify
An exciting 12-18 month fixed-term opportunity to support the Executive, Rectify & Industrial Relations in making recommendations to Executive Committee including production of presentation content and material.
This role will support the team and operate with other project delivery functions and is expected to be assigned to a variety of tasks within the support functions.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Provide advice and expertise including utilising your Employment Legal skills to:
- Support delivery teams with the planning and execution of inflight work.
- Provide prioritisation and decisions including input into governance forums.
- Interpret current and future state business needs and operational functions related to Australian payroll obligations.
- Prioritise resources to enable delivery of milestones to be met.
- Escalate risks and issues to the relevant decision-making forum.
- Assist with financial management of the Rectify stream.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- 8-10 years’ experience in Employment Law.
- Proven ability to influence across organisational boundaries.
- Experience assisting with the delivery of all Payroll remediation programs (including both business & colleague remediation).
- Experience with Payroll remediation activities.
- Ability to ensure key different perspectives (i.e. IR, Payroll, Commercial, Regulator, Colleague) are appropriately considered and balanced when informing remediation related decisions.
- Be able to bring legal and compliance knowledge to test/challenge stakeholders regarding approaches to issue identification and subsequent approaches to colleague and business remediation.
- Manage external service providers engaged to provide extensive services integral to remediation program delivery.
