Senior Consultant, Process & Controls Uplift

  • 12-month fixed term opportunity
  • Use your process, controls and risk management experience to drive improvements in governance practices related to risk management and regulatory compliance
  • Multiple positions available, with varying levels of seniority

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Ensure appropriate control, obligations, and risk linkages are in place to support end-to-end risk and obligation management
  • Support business stakeholders to assess adequacy of the current state environment
  • Collaborate with Business & Technology Subject Matter Experts, DCOs (Divisional Controls colleagues), IPP, risk and delivery partners.
  • Drive improvements in governance practices related to risk management and regulatory compliance
  • Execute control, obligations, and risk linkages to support end-to-end risk and obligation management

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Experience in Process Improvement, Process Modelling or Risk and Control Management
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining documented process and controls in line with enterprise standards
  • A strategic lens, with a background of Process & Controls execution
  • Experience applying structured problem solving and process improvement methodologies tools and processes across the business improvement and transformation lifecycle to delivery required outcomes
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and influence internal and external stakeholders. Strong PowerPoint skills will also be needed
  • Process & Controls experience in a Banking environment highly valued
  • Payroll knowledge would be great to have
