As a Product Analyst in the Private Wealth team, you’ll support investment offerings for high-net-worth clients and manage all product-related activities, including third-party agreements (specifically for our JBWere business) whilst joining a team who are doubling down on customer obsession.
In this role you will:
- Proactively manage risk and compliance by performing controls, following procedures, and escalating issues or breaches as required.
- Support onboarding of managed funds, fund managers, and third-party platforms.
- Contribute to enterprise-level projects that impact the product domain.
- Assist with product governance activities, including committee agendas and meeting minutes.
- Help prepare presentations, financial models, and business cases for product roadmaps and initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations and Advice, responding to queries and supporting communication.
- Conduct competitor analysis and industry research to inform product strategy.
What you will bring
- Proven experience working with operational processes and performance data, with the ability to deliver clear, concise reporting.
- Strong multitasking skills with a track record of delivering timely operational insights and reports.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to create formal communications and build productive relationships.
- Experienced in process analysis and development of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Working knowledge of the project lifecycle and ability to contribute to project-related activities.
- Proficient to expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create impactful reports and presentations.
