Senior Associate, Communications (Content Creation)

In the role of Senior Associate, Communications (Content Creation), you will join the Corporate Affairs Team that’s doubling down on making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Deliver video and graphic design content for NAB’s external and internal channels to drive trust and reputation.
- Support content creation for NAB’s business divisions (Business & Private Bank, Corporate & Institutional Bank). This means owning and executing content that supports the Business Communications team’s objectives and builds trust and reputation for NAB.
- Provide strategic content advice to Executives, their leadership teams and your Business Comms teammates.
- Plan and execute content campaigns for internal and external audiences. This could include conceiving a campaign idea, through to scripting, video capture, directing and post-production.
- Lead training and upskill sessions with your Business Communications teammates.
- Collaborate across Communications, as well as within Corporate Affairs and NAB, to ensure alignment of effort.
We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Extensive experience in Communications/Content creation roles.
- Demonstrated experience as a trusted advisor who influences outcomes with senior and mid-tier executives.
- Exceptional digital storytelling skills from inception to delivery (write, direct, shoot and edit)
- Adept at managing, problem-solving and prioritising multiple issues and stakeholders.
- Strong graphic design skills using platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premier Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Continually stays abreast of content trends and can share and lead upskill training for teammates.
- Sound understanding of the external environment, and how that impacts NAB and its communications strategy.
- Demonstrated skills in corporate communications (internal or external), media or copywriting an advantage.
