Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Manage and drive referrals from 3rd party partners to the Merchant Services business.
  • Provide ongoing support and be the first point of contact for existing 3rd party MSP, ISV and other similar Merchant partners.
  • Manage operating rhythms to effectively support partner acquisition and management activities.
  • Manage the onboarding, and ongoing relationships with these partners in addition to supporting the commission payment process.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Exceptional relationship management skills and experience in a client facing role.
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of the key influencers in the market.
  • Knowledge of POS, PMS, ERP solutions, and their importance in the payments ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated experience within transactional banking and sales.
  • A sound understanding of payments, transactional banking, and merchant pricing.
  • The ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Energy and resilience.
