In the role of Senior Associate, you will join the Client Management Execution team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Assist in structuring transactions: Preparing credit submissions, employing financial modelling where required and making recommendations on transactions to senior management and Credit
- Mange the risk profile: through monitoring and adhering to compliance requirements of a client portfolio, ensuring portfolio hygiene is of a good standard
- Oversee workflow management between key stakeholders: i.e. Client Coverage, CME, Product Specialists, Credit and client support teams, to achieve a seamless client experience
- Proactively support Client Coverage: by identifying new clients, generate valued client and industry insights and business opportunities
- Coach Associates and junior team members: through exemplary behaviours and role modelling
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Understanding of debt and financial markets product
- To bring strong regulatory and compliance policy knowledge
- Sound numerical & financial analysis skill
- Strong credit and execution experience, including documentation
- Competency in financial modelling
